Andréa Erving is serving her second year as the Co-Vice President of Operations for YWA. She has also served as the website chair for YWA during the 2017-2018 year. Andréa currently works as a Finance Manager in the real estate development industry. She is an active volunteer with SAFEGuild, a community serving Austin Children’s Shelter and SafePlace. She holds a Masters Degree in Small Business Development & Entrepreneurship.
Rebecca has been an active member and leader of YWA since 2016. Previously, she held the roles of VP of Giving and Scholarship Chair. Currently as VP of Strategic Planning, she will develop and implement YWA’s first strategic plan. Rebecca, a Senior Community Outreach Manager at Rifeline, manages projects for Williamson County, City of Austin, and others. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, volunteering and hanging with friends.
Frances is a native of Lexington, Kentucky and has been living in Austin for 6 years. She attended Tuskegee University and the University of Kentucky, School of Law. She currently works at a local Austin Tech company, Bazaarvoice as the Engagement and Communications Manager but spends the majority of her time volunteering with the Girls Empowerment Network, the Austin Justice Coalition and the Young Women’s Alliance.
Natalie Merrick is the VP of Finance for YWA/YWAF. Natalie co-founded Tequila Sheela in 2014 and three years later left her corporate role to be fully dedicated to sharing the passion of Tequila Sheela with the world. She is a licensed CPA who studied accounting at Texas A&M University and earned her Master of Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.
en Mulhern is honored to serve as the VP of Events for the 2019-2020 YWA year. She is a National Account Sales Manager in the culinary oils division for Bunge North America. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign. Originally from Chicago, Jen has lived in Austin since 2014 and has been a part of YWA for 3 years as an AU40 committee chair member.
Tricia is proud to serve as VP of Membership. She relocated to Austin in 2015 from NYC, joining YWA shortly after. She is the Director of Sales for The Williams Team powered by Xperience Real Estate at Keller Williams Realty. In addition to her YWA involvement, she is the Board Chair Elect of the Austin Young Chamber and the Playhouse Singers Chair of the Junior League of Austin.
Originally from California, and a graduate from Gonzaga University, Conner relocated to Austin in October 2017. She lives the work from home life and was seeking a way to expand her network in her new community, enter YWA. She currently works for SAP Global Partner Marketing, focusing on Communications and Event Operations. Outside of YWA, Conner enjoys traveling and anything active that gets her outside in nature. She will serve as Co-VP of Operations for the 2019-2020 year.
