Since 1998, the Young Women’s Alliance and the Young Men’s Business League have partnered annually to host the Austin Under 40 Awards—a black-tie gala honoring and celebrating Austin’s emerging professionals and their mentors who are making an impact in our community. These individuals are recognized in 17 categories, including Mentor of the Year. All proceeds raised from the gala go directly to support the Young Women’s Alliance Foundation and the Austin Sunshine Camps.
