YWA Speaks: Nourish & Flourish - A Workshop on Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health, and Self Care Mental
Wednesday, October 16, 2024 (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM) (CDT)
Description
Join us and Caroline Crawford for an interactive evening of real talk and self-discovery!
Life is filled with challenges—whether it's managing work, relationships, or navigating stress and change. Caroline, a Licensed Social Worker and Positive Psychology Coach, will guide us through the essentials of Emotional Intelligence and Positive Psychology, offering practical tools to help you cultivate self-care habits that truly fit your lifestyle.
Caroline’s workshops are known for being engaging and deeply memorable—if you loved her Enneagram workshop, you won’t want to miss this! Together, we’ll dive into “capital R” rest, explore how to better regulate our nervous systems, and discover ways to nourish ourselves amidst life’s demands. This is more than just a workshop—it's a chance to connect, get vulnerable, and build a stronger sense of community while learning how to flourish in both your personal and professional life.
Come ready to explore, share, and walk away with fresh perspectives and actionable strategies to take control of your well-being. This night of sisterhood will leave you feeling inspired, refreshed, and empowered.
